What does CIM do? What does CIM do?

CIM is a group of people unified by faith and involvement in motorsport (professionally or for recreation). We aim to minister to and help others provide fellowship and teaching, and to promote the gospel within our respective areas.

Members compete in in FIA and British GT, Hill Climbing, Radical Racing, Scottish Rally Championship, British Formula Ford, Road Rallying, Auto Solo’s and Karting. In the past they have competed in Kitcar, 24hr, Porsche Supercup and Classic racing as well as the famous Goodwood “soapbox challenge” event. CIM work is funded by the drivers and other supporters. CIM does not sponsor any racing drivers or teams.

Many of the drivers are happy to host anyone who wants to come along to races, and take passengers on track days. Some let other people compete in their cars or act as navigators on rallies.

Chaplaincy to motorsport communities via Street pastors and UCB as well as pastoral ministry to racing competitors, spectators and employees, with assistance from “Christians in Sport”, "Motorsport Ministeries" and “Motor Racing Outreach” U.S.A.

CIM members are leaders on an annual youth holiday under the auspices of “Scripture Union”. The campers are taught kart racing, Trials Bike riding, Autograss and vehicle maintenance, along side the opportunity to deepen and explore their faith.
